Another advantage is reduced noise levels: Compared to traditional hydraulic press brakes, CNC hybrid press brakes tend to generate less noise during operation, creating a quieter and more comfortable working environment.
Our pressbrake is based on heavy duty solid welded frame. Each frame including the beam and backgauge arm is tempered for HRC 22-25. This is to guarantee the stability and accuracy of machine for long time of use.
The CNC controller is specifically design for HYBRID pressbrake and able to control up to 9 axes (Y1, Y2, 6 axes backgauge and crowning).
APM pressbrake is based on heavy duty solid welded frame. Each frame including the beam and backgauge arm is tempered for HRC 22-25. This is to guarantee the stability and accuracy of machine for long time of use. The hydraulic block is using well-known German brand Bosch Rexroth-(Germany). Then the linear guide, ballscrews and spherical joint connectors are supplied by HIWIN/GAOJ-Taiwan.
In our design, we are using high quality proportional valve from Bosch Rexroth-Germany. The hydraulic pump is from Germany-ECKERLE. All measuring linear scales and encoders are from Spain top manufacturer-GIVI (ITALY). The key components for electrical assembly on our machine are from Schneider-Telemachanique.
